How do I contact CodeKairo Battles?

Email support@codekairo.com for anything about an account, a tournament, a result or your data, and contact@codekairo.com for partnerships, a large event you want to plan and the press. An organization is verified on the site itself: create it from the host dashboard and it joins the review queue — no email needed.

What to write about, and where

  • Signing in or your account: support@codekairo.com — A code that never arrived, a Google or GitHub sign-in that went wrong, a username to change.
  • A problem during a tournament: support@codekairo.com — The judge, a match or contest room, a result that looks wrong. Say which tournament, roughly when (IST) and what you saw.
  • Reporting a tournament or organizer: support@codekairo.com — An organization that is not who it claims to be, rules that are not being applied, or anything abusive.
  • Your data: support@codekairo.com — A copy of it, a correction, or deleting your account — the privacy policy says what is kept.
  • An organization: support@codekairo.com — Removing an organization, or a verification or tournament approval that has been waiting a while.
  • Planning a large event: contact@codekairo.com — More than about 50 people submitting at the same time, or an event across several colleges: tell us before you publish.
  • Partnerships and the press: contact@codekairo.com — Colleges, clubs and companies who want to work with CodeKairo, and journalists.

What helps us answer fast

  1. The tournament's link — battles.codekairo.com/t/… — or the organization's.
  2. The username you play or host under. Never your password or a sign-in code.
  3. What you did, what happened and roughly when, in Indian time.

We reply from the address you wrote to, and confirm it is you before acting on an account.
